Hello guys


I am using Airtel from last 10 years and I was quite happy with Airtel but in the last 2 years I am facing frequent issues in the network and quality of service.


Im the last 9 months, the number of call drops is increasing like anything. I have already lodged a conplain 3 to 4 times in last 1 year but I haven't got any proper response.


They raise a ticket and without taking any action, they just close the ticket after 7 days. This is what Airtel is doing.


I am sorry to say but now its high time and I need to switch to other operator
