Airtel in Noida is one of the most mismanaged establishments amongst all mobile service providers. I was a long time customer of Airtel (last 8 years have used Airtel in Bangalore). So blindly came to Noida after my relocation and went for an Airtel Connection. That is when my woes started. They repeatedly lose the documents that you submit for your id proof and address proof and keep requesting for the same. You have to leave your day to day work and run helter skelter to acquire the documents over and over again. Every time you submit again after 3-4 weeks they inform you that your documents are not available.
They keep harassing genuine customers by discontinuing services on the numbers. Their customer support is also absolutely useless. They can't even speak proper English (most of them). They are local desi guys who dont have a clue of what's going on. They keep repeating the same thing that this document is missing and that document is missing. No wonder Airtel is losing market share. Looks like the rot has set in. It is no more the great customer oriented company that it used to be. It's motto is no more "Customer is King". They now beleive in "Airtel is King" and customer can be taken for a ride. Sorry to say that this is the beginning of the end of a company with great potential.
