Hi friends I am going to share my experience about airtel mobile service. Since, everybody knows that it has leading brand name in mobile operators in india. But, it has poor customer service. Many time they activated some worthless plans itself and they do not ready to reimbursed our amount. They do not give more and attractive special offers. The calling rate and the internet card rates is highly expensive.
The internet speed is good. But, so many times they will activate any of the plans and they will deduct our money. It is difficult to contact customer service and to convince them to return back our money. So, overall it has good network support but, very high expensive rates with poor customer service. Thank you.
