Airtel is not capable for providing the quality services now. I am using airtel since 2012 but my recent experience is really worst. It's been 6 days and they are not able to resolve the issue. Calling customer care is useless, it's like chatbot, getting the same response every time but no action. They just need timely payment of monthly bills but no bothered about customer satisfaction. I feel they don't have sufficient manpower to fix the issue, quality of their technical team is not good, that's why they are not able to fix the issues for 6 days.
I would recommend to go for another service providers if available in your area rather than trusting airtel.
