Hi,
I bought Airtel 4G couple of months back paying Rs 1500/- for dongle. From day one the signal strength in my place(Rajajinagar, Bangalore) is very low but manageable. From past 1 week I am getting no signal, even getting 3G signal has become difficult.
After checking with Airtel staff they have mentioned that it will take 3-4 months to setup new site to increase the signal strength, which I am sure will take minimum 6-9 months.
I feel Airtel should have thought about this before launching the service. Now for next 3-4 months I will not get service and 1500/- loss ifI decide to disconnect the service.
So if you are planning to Buy Airtel 4G, be CAREFUL and think. I guess now there are lot of other service providers coming out with aggressive competition.
I am surprised in 2015-16 also customers in India do not get what they have been promised and do not get service for what they have paid.
While I understand the issue with Airtel, Value for your money.No Not yet in India.
End of the day it should be business with honesty, not just business.
