I have very bad experience by choosing the Airtel 4G connection (9591710883 - I was using this more than 6 months) and not able to get rid of connection yet.
Contacting customer care every day to follow up of my disconnection and no response and on top I'm billed Rs 2400/- every month without using the service. I'm planing to file a consumer complaint to resolve the issue.
The 4G device is waste for me now and they will not refund the device charge. Rs. 2000/- paid for device and they have not provided any receipt for the same. The executive told me that it will get adjusted in next billing cycle and has NOT happened till today.
I had lot of complaints on signal network issues in the Airtel 4G device and their technicians are never able to give any fix for the same.
My sincere advice to consumer who is planning to go for Airtel 4G connection is you will have tough time and sleepless nights contacting technical service /customer service people.
