I have been using Aircel mobile network to make local calls as it comes to 1 paise per 2 seconds offnet and 1 paise per 3 seconds onnet calls within west bengal and sikkim. but inspite of my several complaints they do not try to give us network at my shop at dobson road howrah and their popular recharge of rs.209 gives free net and talktime which is not showing after end of call which again creates confusion at the rate at which its deducted and whether data pack is exhausted no sms is received.
Its very disgusting that the aircel people do not pay heed to the prepaid customers although prepaid users constitute major chunk of mobile subscriber base. The service is the main issue which prevents the companies like aircel and cellone from being no.1.
