Hi, I bought an aircel prepaid sim with 118 talktime.call rates given were 9p for local and 19p for std.but not a single call has gone at that rate.
Even after assurance from their side that everything is fine, all my call charges are 1 re plus even for a 10 seconds call.
They said they will refund my wrong charges and have been to the gallery 5 times only to hear from the girl at the help desk that her id is locked. please do not take their services at all. neither their network coverage is worth even talking about nor their data plans.
