The network of aircel is poor than any of the operators I have used so far, its mostly 2 bars all the time, the otp for websites dont arrive at all, this is the main problem with aircel, furthermore if you go on roaming then you'll be charged heavily and the network coverage is also poor.
customer service of aircel is average as most of the time you have too wait for too long to lodge ypur complaint or request, their response time is also average
they dont offer 4g and 3g speeds are poor as compared to other service providers, they charge you more than any other . plans are also not flexible, so I suggest you use vodafone or jio
