I had to go from mumbai to jamnagar.as no other airlines go to jamnagar from mumbai .i had to opt for air india.firstly it was 1 hour late .that messed up my schedule, furthermore the cabin crew are all old people, I dont think they can function as efficient as other airlines cabin crew.
the aeroplane was in bad condition as it was making noises and the seats were old, cracks in the leather too, seatbelts were blackened, the seat recliners were faulty, overall experience was not good and I was worrying all the time for my safety as the plane was making noise during the takeoff.
the complementary food they offer is good, as taj sats make those, the government should improve the airline as it's the national airlines .so it would not be good if our country's airline has low standards
