I am today writing this review after the frustration of having no internet for last 7 days.
My internet stopped working 7 days back.
There was a permission issue with our building which could have been resolved in 1-2 hours.
I made complaint on 21 Sep 2017 that my internet is not working. Without resolving the issue my ticket was closed.
Then I made a complaint again and engineer told me that he knows about the issue and they will close the ticket and resolve the issue the next day by 1 pm. I agreed. But next day also the issue was not resolved. Then in the evening I called the engineer, he told me don't worry sir I will resolve it tomorrow. I shouted at him that I am bearing a loss of Rs. 10, 000/- every day and he is telling me: don't worry. I call support again and they told me they have escalated the issue. Then next day the complaint was closed again. When I called the next day afternoon they reopened the complaint and told me that they have escalated the issue again. And then yet again they closed the complaint.
I am helpless now they just don't care. I got no response to the email I wrote to support & the nodal officer.
