Hi All,
After the cyclone in Chennai, we didn't get the ACT Fibernet connection restored in our area. Its almost 25 days and they are yet to restore the connection.
We are not able to connect to the ACT customer centre with the number, since its always busy.
When we send any email to their Nodal or Appellate Authority there were no responses from them.
They sent a notification stating that it would be resolved in 2-3 days in my area some 20 days back. It was a false commitment and we are out of internet for almost 25 days now.
Please don't opt for ACT Fibrenet, since they don't have proper infrastructure in place to support the customers.
