ACT deserves to be awarded an Oscar or placed in the Guinness Book for the MOST ATROCIOUS Customer Service and bankrupt business ethical Company. My subscriber no. is 102018406813 and I have been patronising their services for past 7 months. Recently I shifted within a 1 Km radius after ascertaining ACT connection is there in my new building and also my immediate neighboring flats. On 1st June 2019, made a request for shifting and was foolishish enough to pay my renewal for ACT storm of Rs.8206. Thereafter, I have been following up umpteen number of times but neither my connection has been shifted nor my renewal has been done. On the contrary, they have treated my renewal subscription as a new connection and neither do I have got any new connection. I keep getting numerous calls from ACT and when I tell them it is a shift request they promptly tell me that they are following up for a new connection. They have dished out nearly 26 different enquiry tickets and their dashboard keeps showing the task to be'assigned' but there is still no solution. ACT is just a faceless entity with a very unscrupulous business plan to cheat the public. I am left with no option but to seek a legal approach to redress my grievance. I wonder how the Investor True North funded this pathetic company without doing basic due diligence. I strongly recommend one and all not to ever patronize their services.
