Dear Acadzone team,
This is a really serious feedback to you guys.we were searching for some online book stores for few books and found you.
the initial thought was OK, however when we placed the order for "INDIA CRUCIAL YEARS" by "T.V. Rajeswar " the order went thru but we never got any confirmation.
this has happened on 2nd of December.
we are in touch with your customer care team and they are saying that the mony not recd by them the HDFC guys are saying that I need to file a dispute as the money is with the merchant.
your customer care is also not very well verse. this is not good experience.
please release our money.
