I was looking out for an alternate braodband for my house and I came across ABC Broadband which boasts good speed on a wireless modem. They had published that they can conduct demos before anyone goes for it. So I contacted the helpline and requested a demo, I was given a reference number. I gave a day and time window for them to visit my place but no one turned up nor even called. I checked back and found that the reference number given to me is invalid. So I will have to request again. Finding it strange, I still went ahead and gave them again a day and time window. I had to stay back home to attend them, but the time window passed and no one came nor called. I checked with the helpline, they said wait for 1-2 hours more, they will come. Then after again contacting they said wait for a day. I lost it finally and told them to cancel my request. If these guys dont have the ethics in their sales part, I can understand what will happen in their services later on.
One has to be very lucky to get good service from these ABC Broadband guys.... all the best !
