The 7 Heavens, it entered the market very recently and it is offering some really good quality products at very affordable prices. The kajal pencil is priced at Rs.299 only but you can also get it at a cheaper cost online at few sites like Flipkart etc. And another thing is the pigmentation is great, it’s not jet black but it’s as close as it gets. Once you apply and leave it to dry for about 4-10 sec it won’t move from its place until you remove it with a makeup remover. So, for all those people who complain about kajal smudging you might want to give this a try. It is not in a roll on case so you have to sharpen it regularly. Having some following points are as follows:
it is of Good pigmentation.
Available at reasonable price(Rs.299).
It does not smudge once it sets.
Product wastage due to sharpening.
