I had placed an Order(no. PO3817446246979) . Even though the website was showing the item in stock they cancelled my Order saying they dont have it in stock(without contacting me).
Against this item of Rs96/- they refunded merely 24/-
1Mg Cash that they credit to your A/c against Refund is reqd to be used by placing 5 Orders as you can utilise only 20% of 1MG cash against each order. This is a Fraud! And the expiry of these points is 90 days only so If I dont place 5 Orders of rs 300/- each(total Order Value 1500/-), my MG cash against the refunded amount(Only 25% Refunded) becomes waste and that 25% amount refunded by them also will go down the Drain!
Repeated requests to refund the amount to my bank A/c or remove the above fraudulent conditions have met with no positive response from their end.
Please dont waste your hard earned money after such fraudulent website.
