Huge delay in getting the possession

I am deeply unhappy with the way the progress on this project is happening. I had been making payments in time since 2014 and then the demands stopped in April 2018 after I paid majority of the amount. I kept following up to ask when is the next demand and by when will the apartment be ready in the Mayur Block and I contacted several people like Kapil Sharma, Shraya Patni and their DGM, Maneesh Agarwal. I understand there might be an impact due to Covid-19 but I don’t understand the logic of not providing any update when the customer is ready to pay and waiting for possession. If Maneesh or Kapil see this review, it would be great if they can contact me.
