WORSE BUILDER

Review on Pyramid Urban Homes, Sector 70A, Gurgaon

Highly unprofessional builder. I invested in their very first project( which is an opportunity for them to create a Brand and good word of mouth. They are treating the customers so badly.

1. Their customer care never responds. Sometimes the way they talk is like "you do whatever, this is it."

   
   




2. They will never respond to emails if you have any issue / complaint / concern raised to them.

   
   




3. they have been charging unnecessary charges to the buyer. and we ask for under which law they are asking such huge money. they will go around in circles but not reply.

   
   




4. They have delayed the project but they will not pay interest to buyers. but even if buyer delays the payment( even when bank refused to disburse the loan due to the project progress not being upto the mark); they will not waive of even 1 day interest.

   
   

so totally the builder is using affordable housing platform to loot the buyers. We 1600 buyers are together and we have filed complaints at various forums and will also go to court if necessary,

its a serious Advise, STAY AWAY FROM PYRAMID. There are many other better builders out there who are atleast transparent and nice to their customers.
