Opera Homes-Worst builder in Bangalore

Opera Homes team is very strategic in convincing people till they make their purchase. Before making any purchase from them, review all the project related documents very clearly by at least 3 property verifiers who are experts in finding loopholes. Property verifiers knowledge in Kannada is mandatory. Please don’t be their scapegoat as they will never listen to your calls and concerns after buy. Though you may find all the necessary approvals from the government authorities, don’t blindly believe and do not do flat pre booking before the completion. I had done a Prebooking by believing their promises, but after project completion those remains only as promises. The difference was like heaven and hell. There are more than 30% deviations when compared to specifications in the brochure/project plan.

Opera Homes team is a 3rd class builder They are cheating people in many ways.

1) Construction quality is below than standard.

2) Very small car parking area slots as they wanted to increase the no: of slots and earn more money. Too difficult to park even hatchback cars

3) Pathetic Maintenance and high maintenance charge. They offer low maintenance charge while booking the flat. After booking/registration, they will increase it by telling many illogical reasons. Finally, it will be high when compared to other apartments in the locality.

4).No compound walls and gates

5).Very small play area, gym, party hall etc. .They construct all these just for the sake of adding number of amenities and attracting customers .All these facilities does not meets it purposes.

6).Violations from the approved project plan

Very bad experiences with Opera homes/Opera Developers, Bangalore.
