Do not take for granted, the pricing structure that is revealed. There are hidden charges. The Club house fees arbitrarily increased to 1 lakh rupees which was said it was free earlier. All resales/transfers incur extra costs that aren't shared during booking. PLEASE insist on the sale agreement, before you decide on anything. Once paid, the team is unresponsive and refuses to provide any clarity what so ever.
