I purchased a flat with Lodha Palava 2 years ago. They sold it as very exotic and luxurious flat. After key handover process within 6 months below issues are encountered. When I raised complains about it they are never ready to fix the issues stating we are beyond 30 days limit.All escalation levels are for namesake.

The locks for windows/ sliding doors broken and fall off.
The glass used for window/wall broke and fallen into pieces
The POP of walls near entry door and bedroom is falling off often

The cost of repairs for all damages is frustrating. It seems like the staff and builder is taking huge money from customer making false promises at the time of booking.

I will never do any further deal with Lodha.
