They say it's refundable but never in your life will you get it back. It's like a pretty in crocodile mouth. The legal and CRM team is full of rough people and they don't even speak with courtesy. If you are from a descent background and expect professionalism. This is the place. If you are a person who like to shop in a descent mall against Saravana stores this is not your place. This is a really shady place. They are in big demand of money and any money you give never returns. So i would suggest unless or until you are 5 times sure that you will buy a property here don't pay any advance or get carried away by those shady marketting executives who are full of lies alone and as well few of them may work on sidetracks and kickbacks too. So better be careful.
