Never ever give token advance or booking advance however u call it..i did pay for a plot in Green spot near Mahindra world city.

They asked me signup some booking forms for the plot and they dished out card swiping machine and 3 to 4 people surround you saying your loan and everything will b sanctioned and not to worry and ask you to swipe ur card and i did it..All of them were extra nice and friendly asked for 1 lakh booking advance since I opted for a corner plot stating there is already another party waiting for the same unit pressuring me to swipe.

Something within me told that i shld not pay since I was not sure bank will give loan or not and they were extra nice giving me square feet disc. And car and gold coin off

Paid 25000..only...later loan got denied. That's it .NO RESPONSEFROM AND OF THEM THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS NOR WATSUPP MAGS..FINALLY I GOT TO TALK TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE..ONE FEMALE ANSWERED VERY ARROGANTLY SAYING REFUNF WILL TAKE ITS OWN TIME AND MORE OVER YOU GAVE ALREADY SIGNED FORM WHERE IT SAYS BOOKING ADVANCE..NON REFUNDABLE.. SO BE VERY CAREFULL IN Signing ANY PAPERS GUYS AND DONT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNLESS YOUR 200% SURE THAT THEY DELIVER WHAT THEY SWEET TALK.
