NO TAXI for SURE
I had booked a taxi for sure cab today(02/05/2014) between 09.30 AM - 10:00 AM. Booking ID: TFS-RT-C1542567 and wanted the cab by 11 AM or 11:15 AM latest the same day. The Taxi for sure Lady said, she had no cab's available for that time and the earliest would be 11:30.
Though it was a cut off time to me, I accepted and the cab was booked. The lady also informed me that the cab would reach my place at 11:30 AM latest. I was waiting for the cab and it was 11:30 AM and no cab yet. Up till 11.30 AM there was no message and no call from the cab driver.
I called taxi for sure and I was shocked to get response from them. They said the cab was rejected for no reason. No one had informed me about it nor they sent any communication about it. The lady then said, she would arrange a CAB at 12. I said I had to reach railway station latest by 12:15 noon and it would take at-least 45min to reach railway station and I had to board the train at any cost.
I had a very important meeting tomorrow and because of taxi for sure, I missed my train. God knows what will happen now. When I spoke to supervisor, even he kept on repeating the same thing that he will arrange cab at 12. I asked him, what should I do taking the cab at 12 noon? Why was this not communicated to me? The only response I got from them was "Sorry for the inconvenience, there are no cabs available now".
Now who will take responsibility for the loss and problems I am going to face? This was highly irresponsible and unprofessional. I am never going to call your cab again!
Please don't take this service. I will suggest everyone not to use it as well. Not expected this. No one is responsible for sure except me who tried to use their pathetic and bullsh*t service.
