I bought this Kenstar Air Cooler CT 9924 from Pai International(https://paiinternational.in/) showroom at Indiranagar, Bangalore on 13th March 2011.
This cooler has never worked properly since the time I got it. It makes this loud noise like you're running a diesel genset or an auto inside your room(Play the attached video) ->
To make matters worst Kenstar has a pathetic after sales service(which is outsourced to some generic "Customer Care" agency).

But, looks like mouthshut has deleted it. Sorry about that.
Just as an update, Kenstar people replaced the faulty piece with a new one which worked better. But I didn't use this cooler much(only for few days in peak Bangalore summer) to avoid spoiling it again after it was out of warranty.
Overall, it was a bad experience and since 2011, I haven't bought any other Kenstar product.
