We have seen a advertisement in the Hindi Daily for Ready to Move in Flats for Mehak Residency at Lal Kuan Road. We called to know the price the salesperson there since then was after us to visit the location, They further lured us that they will send their own vehicle to take us to the site.
When we visited their site we liked the flat and the salesperson present there asked us to pay the initial amount towards booking. When we said we are not carrying money, He told us that ATM is near by and they again lured that their vehicle will take us to the ATM and bring us back to the site, We asked the amount to be paid the sales person told us to pay INR 11, 000.
We paid them money and before that asked the cancellation policy to which he replied 5% will be deducted and rest will be paid.
The lady at their Kaushambi office replied any money paid less than 25000 is not refundable and it is mentioned on the receipt also.
I was shocked to know this when the amount less than 25000 is not refundable they why do they collect and offer buyers to pay the amount lesser than that value. They have never disclosed this verbally to us. There are no signatures of mine on the receipt to show my acceptance,
we requested lady to provide us the no. of the owner to which she refused.
I will suggest people not to buy the property from them as they are extorting money from innocent people without disclosing them the actual facts.
