I am an Ittina customer, owning an apartment in your Akkala project.

I had initially wanted to buy a property in Arni, then moved on to Akkala when we realised that there were some unresolved legal issues.

I highly appreciate the help rendered in the process, especially by Ms. Amrita, Ms. Kanchana and Mr. Swamy to enable this smooth transition. I got even assistance in getting my interiors done by them, which worked out at good price. It was really a pleasure to go thorugh such a smooth processing of handing over. This smooth processing has made me to invest in two more porjects of their's.

It is a pleasure for us to stay in Akkala now - we enjoy the ambiance and facilities. My parents are especially very emotionally attached to this house now.

In all, we are glad that we decided to buy this property and we are one very happy customer for Ittina now!

I am a customer of ittina mahaveer and we all know the project got delayed because of the legal issue.legal got cleared only in the month of feb so after that progress of the site is quite satisfactory.we cant forget the reasonable prices on wht we have purchsed it promise compensation from the management is also a breathing air to us.

As far as customer service is concern I met both the ladies for different different issues and I found them customer friendly and quite co-operative. I found the service very good. I would say dont put the comment just for sake of it or just for fun sake.

For my satisfaction, I have visited some projects handed over by them seeing the look out of the project specially akkala and soupernika i felt I made a right decision towards it. And for my surprise I know flats been sold at 16 -17 lakhs to customers property now worth over 50 lakhs. Delay happened for them too but they got nice compensation from the builder.

This is the reply for the query raised on Nov. 2, 2007 about Ittina Neela. The project was handed over during 2006. The company has a policy of attending to any construction defects within one year from the date of handing over. If any defects are found afterwards or if it is due to bad maintenance, the same has to be attended by the Flat Owners / Maintenance Company / Association. If any Flat owners bring to our notice any specific defects which were not attended before this one year period, we will rectify the same free of cost.

For Ittina Neela we have no contract with Association or Gold Coin Club for maintenance. It is left to the Association or the Residents decision. We are in no way connected with either the Association or

Gold Coin Club. For all the maintenance issues, Residents have to contact the Maintenance Company. Blaming Builders for no fault of theirs is of no use.

Contrary to most the reviews posted here.. I am living in ittina anu.. and there were some problems caused because of some building violation.. which were according to ittina very minor.. i.e. just a wall.. which was broken down.. but the situation was aggrevated by a person living in the apartment.. however he caused problems for us all.. since he was retired.. he had all the time in the world to go around and spreading bad.. most of us knew that he wanted to money from ittina or a big discount.. he was threatening them.. hwoever the facilities and all were built as promised.. and are very economicall (think small) !

But I wouldn't agree ittina is as bad as purvankara or shobha.. my friends say shobha is the worst.. I dint even bother going to them.. but I bot a flat from purva venezia.. and I am scared they might scrap the plan.. thats y I requested for refund.. and 8 months on.. I haven't recieved a call from them or anything.. in fact I had to run behind them for everything.. but only good thing was.. I am not going to be living there it was an investment.. thank god..

but coming back to ittina.. there office is 5 stars.. sometimes the employees are slow.. and ofcorz despite going thru many developers I cant find any builder.. who has the reputation of ittina and the price of ittina.. def. no one can beat their price.. there apartments esp. anai is well designed..  I am planning to buy from them again.. abha after the land lord issue is solved for sure.. I am sure it is a good investment.. duplex apartment... at that price... the quality is not bad... it fits the price..

ofcorz ppl around have the image that ittina is a 'economical' builder.. or for people with low budgets.. but I dont really care.. I am in that category too.. and I am happy with the overall service and quality of the flat.. everything is wroking well and everything is fine.. even my neighbours are very hapy with the way everything had turned out here.. its a good investment..
