I booked my flat which was constructed by ESSAR CONSTRUCTION LTD and which very popular infrastructure construction company in all over the india.

When I went to book the flat at that time they told me that I have to pay fifty percent payment before pasesion and fifty percent after the pessesion but I after giving my full payment they can not able to give the pasesion and when I call them they always give all kind of excuse like they give pasesion after BU permisio and many more so I became very tired to book the flat.
