I have booked the zoomcar 2 days ago 7 seater maruti suzuki ertiga DL12CT1913 I have paid the amount of Rs. 7496, Today at 9PM i had to pick up the car from vasant and i went there and search the whole area but i couldn't find the their car in 3km radius nobody was even taking my calls no call center is returning back to us i was hopeless and very very dissatisfied i just want my refund back asap if possible i need help.
Its a fake they take money and never return back there is no service they service they just fraud with their customer.
