Hey guys. We all are aware of Zomato, the food delivering app. I would like to share my experience with Zomato.
I was a regular user of this app. But one day I ordered Chicken rolls and Veg manchurian from a nearby restaurant. It all cost around 330.
The order was accepted but later it shows that the order is cancelled. I payed from my debit card so I requested refund.
The refund was stuck for 3 weeks. And later they sent half of the money, that is, 160 Rs.
I am very much disappointed by its service.
Customer care also do not reply on time. They keep saying that it will be fully refunded in 3-5 days.
Worst online food ordering app ever!
