I bought Zicom black and white video door phone for 6K. The installation process was itself cumbersome as the wire installation was difficult by the technicians involved which required 12mts for the cable to fit. if you want at other place you have to buy the wires separately and it may not be necessary that you will find the wires locally. I had to wait for 4-weeks to get the additional wires.
Secondly there has been 4-5 incidents where the camera had stopped functioning the moment the bell button was pressed. Even though it was attended, there was no permanent resolution and the problem kept appearing many times. The main problem is that we had to wait for the technicians to come and repair the system as there is no local repair shop to solve the technical problems. So ensure these points in your area before buyin the security system
