Sent enquiry to them and ticked please don't contact me.
Next morning I got 5 miss calls from this company as I was in UK I didn't answer any calls as I didn't want to pay any roaming charges
Then I contacted the person via whatsapp and found out her Name was Nisha from You Broadband.
Was offered a list of deals they have as I knew what I needed I told her and she said it would cost me Rs 1875 which I paid online as she sent me a link and also told her of the time diffrance and costs of taking calls on roaming charges.
Next day when I woke up in the morning there were 3 miscalls. And again I Whatsapp that number to find out who it was. It was someone from You Broadband.
And I contacted Nisha and informed her about these calls being too early for my timezone.
She assured me that I will not get any more calls from them any more, while she was assuring me there was another call. Which she was informed once more. 2nd assurance that I will not get another call. Guess What these guys were getting desparate to install the system which was to be installed in 6 days time as agreed with NISHA. 3rd time I was assured that she has informed the whole company in India not to disturb me. Poor company has to call me once more, where I told NISHA of her promises to me and it having no effect to their poorly paid staff, I had to inform her one more call from them and I will call the deal off. Think she was running out of promises and once more she asked the person to send me an apology SMS to me.
Resting assured their company still wanted to install their Broadband in my empty flat where nobody was there. Had to contact NISHA once more as I had promised her that I am calling the deal off she begged me for more chances (the ones she had assured had run out) so I told her thank you but she had exhausted all her promises and I would like the money back. And no more chances as they had ruined my sleep pattern by now.
And then they stopped calling me so I am still awaiting for the refund.
With regards to that no one knows anything and when calling their customer services the reply to you straight away if you click on new connection, but when you ask for customer services there is no one to answer. So contacted via new connection and you are told OK they are putting you through to their supervisors and putting you on hold and they put the phone down on you (GOOD PRACTICE BY THIS COMPANY)
I had to call them several times and same action all the time.
Had to go to a police station where an inspector called POOR NISHA to find out what was happening to my money. And she told the inspector that the company us dealing with it and it takes a few seconds to take money from your account but to refund they have to earn interest for 6 to 8 weeks on my deposit b4 they refunded. And her manager called the inspector and said he will fasttrack the payment to 10days. But I had to collect ut from their office whose address he was going to forward to me. (Still Awaiting for their address)
So I had to tell POOR NISHA THAT I WILL BE ADDING MY TAXI FARES TO THE CLAIM TOO. I suppose she doesn't like talking to me so she still hasn't replied back or sent me their address.
