Very desparate company YOU BROADBAND. Review on YOU Broadband and Cable India Ltd

I tried to signup with You Broadband and even though I ticked not to be contacted I was called several times which was very very early for me like 4:00 am where I live which is 9:30am in India

Then I contacted the caller NISHA via what'sapp and explained to her that I was in different timezone finally I signed up to them, guess what. I started getting calls once again from 4:00am so after 3 miss calls from them I called and talked to NISHA once again and was promised that I will not get another call. Not even 5 mins ring ring(call that a Promise) so reminded her again and once again promised like above(guess what she had Double promised me now) but still once more Wakey Wakey(this is a desparate company who wants to install broadband at my place even though I was thousands of miles away) so I promised DEAR NISHA That this is too much(NISHA HAD NOT RUN OUT OF HER PROMISES Once more another promise) and I warned her 1 more call from them and I wouldn't take instalation.

Another day like clockwork WAKEY WAKEY, I rang up NISHA and said I wanted to keep my promise of cancleing the deal and if she could refund my payment.

Sorry she refuses to wake up at 3:00 am her time and answer my call or refund my money.

6 days latter called their company several times and trying to talk to a brick wall their staff keep on saying they understand everything I say and are very apologetic of the way their Company is run and when asked to talk to management they dont have any and they disconnect you.

Finally I will have to put a police complaint against them and see what happens.

Will keep you updated as soon as I hear from them

Please stay away from this shitty company and wait for good old Jio

UPDATE

I had to goto a Police station in Vadodara and talk to the Officer in charge there to do something about this and the Officer rang Nisha and talked to her and her supervisor rang the officer within a few minutes and was Promissed a refund check within 10 days

The refund check was sent via couriers, they didnt know the address and courier company rang me up to collect the check from their office(even though they were paid for the service to deliver it to my place) they said they cant deliver it to me so I told them to return it to the bank and ask them to deliver it personally to me

Then I got a call from YOU Broadband saying that I refused to accept the cheque from them and I told them the couriers they used were not prepared to deliver the envelop to my address.

So once more they asked me to pick up the refund Cheque from their offices and I said OK I will pick it up also add my taxi fares and my time to pick up the Cheque from thier offices as it would take me at least 3 hours to go and come back home so 3 hours wage would be like Rs 6, 000/= and they said they will send one of their staff to hand deliver it to me.

And on the same evening I got my refund Cheque
