My guest took a package for 4 hours for Rs. 700 from yellow cabs. He had to go to one place and return. The cab driver cam on time, took him to his destination, dropped him there and disappeared. After finishing his work in about one hour, my guest tried to call him to come back to the same place for the return drop, his phone was continuously busy. my guest was trying to call him for half n hour, he did not receive neither call back. my guest then called up the yellow cabs office and they too tried to call him for around 15 to 20 minutes. he did not receive their call too. my guest then told the office that he would not wait anymore and take another cab and return. it was a rainy day in Bangalore and finding a auto or cab was so difficult that day. he got it after another 30 minutes. when he returned home, both the office and the cab driver started calling him for payment. we argued that the package never got over since driver did not do the return trip, instead kept my guest waiting in rains for hours. the person from office started yelling and threatening of a police complaint if I don't pay him at least half of the package bill. the driver came back in the evening and took Rs. 350 from us. I would not recommend this service to anyone. The drivers are usually unprofessional, but in their case the whole business is.
