Hi friends, I am telling my experience about voltas platinum . my brother bought this product abot month ago. when I enered in room in which this ac is assembeled, I shoked to hear noise in room. it was emerging from ac. its design is awkward. its cooling capacity is ok but not sufficent. it take more time to cool the room. power rating show three star but it consume more electricity. when I call customer care to fix its noise they did not give response properly and said to me that a technecian will be sent to your address but none have come . after two days I again complaint but representative cut my phone. I was very dispointed to see his behaviour. in my poenion this ia a waste product as well as service.
