I am using Vodafone from last 6 years and still using. I never faced any problem related to network, charged amount and unwanted extra calls this the reasons to stick with the same service provider from last 6 years.
The Vodafone number and network are good there is no doubt about it but their customer support team is just waste of time because they don’t have idea to talk with their customers and don’t have any idea to how to do their work because I went to customer centre to new sim and they kept dragging me almost 2 or 3 hours without any reason.
If you have any issue related to you Vodafone SIM or whatever please contact with their executive on phone. Don’t go ever their customer centre.
