I have converted my prepaid number to post paid through my corporate. At the time of conversion the person sitting at the Vodafone desk told me he cant send verification team to my Bangalore address as the pin is 562125.
Hence I gave my previous address. However I got a call from verification team and ask me to give my current address and I gave the same.Now they have disconnected my outgoing service and not able to make any calls for a week.
I called the verification person to help and he promised this will get fixed. However no one came for verification and I cannot make calls. I am stuck with no solution and if I call their 111 or 198 they wont accept my complaint and provide a better solution.
Please beware before taking a connection from them and not sure if some one is listening to it.
