Pls never appoint urban clap for any of the services. The logistics and customer care teams are pathetic and are clueless.
I have engaged them to incorporate my TV panels and by their mistake the ordered material was of different colour when reached my place. Since last 10 days I'm following up with them to change that, else refund my money but all in vein.
