This is an awesome app. They are the No 1 in world of Social networking. When it comes to comparison it is all upon how the personality is and why you use the application.
On Twitter its all about posting small status and quick updates like more of the celebrity and political leader do! click and share a pic or a new one line twet for your followers.
On the other hand on facebook is for more of personal and story kind since it has Timeline now. you can post it like a BLOG with story pic and music as well. Very lately both have integrated though so if you post on faebook it get tweeted n your twitter account and vice versa.
