I live very close to a Tumbledry store in Sapui para , Prince Anwar shah, Kolkata 70078, franchise. I called and requested for a pick up of some items from my residence. In spite of sending the location , there was no response. This has happens before also. I am sad to see a renowned chain of cleaners giving such a service in one their franchise.
