My encounter with Trishul Builders

This is Atiur khan from Aundh Pune. Even I had booked a flat at the Sai krupa Undri (Trishul Builders) but luckily when I returned home I was told by a a Bank manager and a business man that that Trishul builders are defaulters and fraud. The very next internet browsing showed me various negative comments on them.

Next day I readily called up my bank and asked them to block the cheque. Did u book a flat there? and paid for it? has the project began? I mean the construction?
