Tikona provides the worst service to the customers.Very poor internet I never ever recommendvthis service to other .I will share my issue with you .My user id: 1156883234.my internet is not working from 25th july and your idiotic guys didnt sentva technical engineer to resolve the issue.
One guy who was assigned to me told me directly over call that he cannot do anything on this issue its a network issue in the tower.When I called them frequently to your concerned staff on service care number , each & every time they keep on saying that our technical team is working on the issue and your area is facing some network issue in the tower and will be resolved in 24hrs.but it never got resolved.
As a result my internet was not working for more than 1week.Then after 1week your pathetic interney started working for 15mtdbthen again it used to get lost for 15 mts.so again I called same pathetic people who keep on telling lies promised me that it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
I got really frustrated with the zervice they provide and the way they react to the customers.These guys even not familiar with network terminologies .They mainly concentrate on increasing number of connections but not on making customers happy by maintaining quality service.
If we trust this internet service we cannot accomplish our targets in time.It is predominantly waste of time and waste of money.
