Changing my rating from 5 to 2 stars.. I was one of their very first customer.. The standard of food and service has gradually gone down.. Then sheek kabab, paani puri, pav bhaji used to be amazing.. Now it's just average.. I recommended this place to lot of my colleagues..
But the incident which happened this time at black pearl left me embarrassed.. Service is not just bad but pathetic.. Few of the servers have so much of arrogance that they think it's their restaurant and they are serving the food for free..
Black pearl offers 1 hour unlimited cocktail/ mocktail.. But believe me they will purposely delay the service. We had just 2 cocktail and then we asked for the third. We waited for more than 20 mins.. Hence we asked one of the server passing by.. His reply was so arrogant.. That left me embarrassed for having suggested this place to my colleagues.. He said "I will get the entire bar for you here". We said only 2 drinks were served.. He argued further stating he just served a drink.. We told him we have been waiting for more than 20 mins.. Then we asked him what will he do if we prove him wrong.. We asked him to take the CCTV footage.. This drama unfolded infront of our women colleague.
Nobody asked Black Pearl to give unlimited cocktail/mocktail.. Black pearl should not give such offers if they don't have the capabilities.. People come their to have good time and not take stress.. Never expected i would say something like this about this place.. We celebrated all our special moments at this place.. Not anymore..
