I bought a Tata Zest vehicle last year - Nov 2017 with details below:
Dealer: Trupti Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Make - Tata Zest, 2017 Model - Zest XM QJT 75 PS, Color - Platiinum
Within one year, I am facing battery issue(make - Amaron). The battery got damaged within one year and when taken to Service Center they say contact "Battery dealer". When I went to Amaron Battery dealer, they say battery comes with vehicle so contact service center! Is this the kind of service expected from a manufacturer and authorised service center? IT'S A TRAP AND HARRASMENT TO CUSTOMERS! I am suffering big time due to this confusion.
The vehicle hasn't completed even one year and I have to run pillar to post! I thought Tata was a famed name in the market for commercial vehicles but this is a big mistake I did to have gone for Tata Motors despite many warning me. This should be brought to the light of management and strict action should be taken if Tata wants to continue it's business.
