I have a complaint which the customer support is not able to resolve.
My Photon no - 9243
I dint get the eligible 5 GB of data this March month as the team is telling I have used 4 GB of data in one day that is 6th March.
Every month 6th my data allowance will get refreshed and I will be given 5 GB.
This month I got a message I have utilized my 5 GB data. The customer support team is telling I have used 4 GB on 6th of March.
I asked for the login hours on 6th but the customer support team is not at all help full. They are asking to wait till month end.
My question to you is how can I download 4 GB of data in a speed of 3.2 Mbps that is provided?
Why there is no provision of checking the login hours on real time basis to solve this kind of issues?
Why the customer support don’t have the provision of opening the ticket for more than 7 days?
Tata photon is a reputed organization and has more no of customers. Surprised that they don’t have this simple things to track the customer login time.
Customer care is the worst and they dont have proper response.
