The RMGs are responsible for demoralizing the fresh candidates who are actually very happy to be a part of the famous TATA group and really are looking forward to thank the company for hiring them by working hard. But the attitude of the RMG and the HR is really very bad and demeaning and many actually leave the company withing the bond period because of this-I am one such candidate and I say this from my experience
