I invested in their Golden Harvest scheme in the year 2020. On my wedding anniversary, I went to redeem the amount and buy a ring. The outlet was overcrowded, social distancing and hygiene was being taken care of. Staff is also polite and helpful. The one thing that I did not like was lack of variety to choose from. There were not much options available to select. Finally, from the given options I chose one that I liked most and was in budget. I still believe that it was expensive, had I bought it from local jewellery shop there would have been vast variety in my budget better than what I purchased. There was one salesgirl who was admant to sell that scheme again when I did not want to. I had to invest again and I am still paying for that scheme every month, there is hardly any benefit of investing in it.
