One week ago I had approach to state bank of India for opening new savings account for my mother.But my experience was too bad with their services.State bank of India server was always down when I had approach them . It made me frustrated and feeling sad.I think November 14th I gave request to opening new savings account for my mother.They had to try account opening shortly.But state bank of India server was down and they couldn't open account in that day.They said come tomorrow server is down.next day I approach them.that day also this same issue happened.
After 4 days their server started to work again but server speed was too low and there have had a long cue for account opening.
State Bank of India customer service also not good.They shouted people without reason.After 4 days they opened new savings account for my mom.
Their total service is too lazy.i got state bank of India ATM card after one and half months.It was too late if comparing to other banks.
In State Bank of India they don't keep strict rules in this covid 19 pandemic.People dont kept 1 meter distance and they don't provide sanitizer for customers.Totally I was disappointed with their services.Better is stay away from state bank of India, especially in this covid situation.Otherwise covid 19 will spread to many.
