This is one of the terrible bank I have ever seen, the main reason of this bank disappointment is their staff they never listen to their customers and never provide any solutions. If you have any queiry or any problem with this bank does not even think about that you will get the solution after reaching the particular branch or by phone call.
They don’t care about your problems and you. They need to do their customer service because a customer service can make your brand name big or create bad reputation among the people.
Staff are very frustrating they never bother to listed you, doing behaving is their hobby. So, I would request the concern people that please work on their staff and customer service because improvement never let you down.
